Heston Bluementhal has always entertained me, I remember first watching his "Search for perfection" show on Channel4 at Halloween. I'd just come back from Trick or Treating when my parents were watching this. From then on I was hooked on Heston's unique approach to cooking, with a mix of science, perfection and ingenuity.
Recently though Heston starred in a new TV show on Channel4 named "Heston Bluementhal's ______ feast" (_________ equalling the theme that he used for that feast, such as medieval, or Tudor) a show like no other, with a man like no other with food like no other, or like others in fact, as the show featured food from other era's.
One of my favourite things from these shows was the first dish of the series, the drink me potion from Alice in wonderland.
Combining 6 completely different ingredients together in one drink, Heston had really outdone himself this time.

If anything, I wish I could be more like Heston Bluementhal, and I'm sure that a little bit of Heston runs through all of us, whether it's his scientific approach to things, his ingenuity, his perfectionism, or maybe just his imagination.
